Potato gnocchi with artichokes, olives & sun blushed tomatoes. (V)

Grilled Toulousse sausage, Dijon mustard mash, buttered kale & shallot gravy

Prime Scottish Sirloin steak char-grilled to your liking, served with field mushrooms, confit of tomatoes & chef's potatoes.
